Software AG's webMethods BPMS and ESB Fetches Awards from Searchsoa.com
SearchSOA.com, an SOA focused website, has honored Software AG with two 2007 Product of the Year Awards. Software AG’s webMethods BPMS, v.7.1 was acclaimed as the Product of the Year in the Service Design and Modeling category while the webMethods ESB, v.7.1 was named a Product of the Year for Service Assembly and Integration.
webMethods BPMS, v.7.1 is a full-feature process design, execution, monitoring and management solution, wherein the webMethods ESB, v.7.1 is a comprehensive, standards-based enterprise service bus (ESB) enabling integration and interoperability of applications, services, processes and partners via a single platform.
Submissions for the awards were judged by the SearchSOA.com editorial staff, in conjunction with a team of users, industry experts, analysts, and consultants. Evaluation criteria for the awards had a real-world focus and included innovation, performance, ease of integration into existing environments, ease of use and manageability, functionality, value and how well they enable service orientation.
Software AG was the only multiple award winner in this year’s competition where Awards were presented in eight categories overall. The editors of TechTarget’s Application Development Media Group presented the awards.
